The Premier Executive Health Package includes:

Detailed medical history and physical examination
A complete medical history is the cornerstone for effective assessment and diagnosis. A medical history reviews any past problems and looks for susceptibilities based on your personal and family background, as well as your health habits. You will have the opportunity to raise any medical concerns you may have. Your personal Executive Health physician will then perform a thorough physical examination.

Comprehensive laboratory screening tests
These detect any indications of anemia, low-grade infection, diabetes, thyroid disease, liver disease, or kidney disease. These tests include a lipid panel to assess cardiac and stroke risk factors. Testing for men also includes prostate specific antigen (PSA) screening for prostate disease. In the course of a lifetime, one in five men will develop prostate cancer, and 3 percent will die from it. The incidence rises with age, African ancestry, and family history of prostate cancer. Testing for women includes a CA125 test for ovarian cancer.

Comprehensive eye examination
This includes examinations of external eye structures, pupils, eye muscle function, visual fields, and visual acuity.

Audiogram
Hearing loss of some degree affects 22 million Americans. High frequency loss, which impairs speech comprehension, is the most common form of hearing loss. Most individuals tend to underestimate the degree of any hearing impairment and delay using hearing aids.

Resting electrocardiogram (EKG)
This test assesses the rhythm and electrical activity of the heart. An EKG gives valuable information regarding the overall health of the heart while it is at rest.

Chest X-ray
A chest X-ray assesses heart size and screens for pulmonary disease, including lung masses.

Pulmonary function testing (PFT)
PFT assesses emphysema, bronchitis, asthma, or other pulmonary problems. As we age, our lung capacity tends to decrease. PFT is useful for comparing lung function over time. Current or former smokers will especially benefit from PFT.

Hemoccult test
A hemoccult test is used to detect gastrointestinal bleeding from tumors, polyps, ulcers, or other causes.

Skin cancer screening
A skin cancer screening to look for new skin growths or changes in existing moles is an invaluable tool to assess dermatologic health and to address any concerns. A full skin survey will be done at the time of your visit.

Stress Management/Healthy Lifestyle Coaching
A detailed discussion of how to reduce stress and emphasize quality of life from a medical perspective.
